Using state of the art technology the "Ergo Boss" tire was developed with the operators optimum comfort in mind. Unique  Apertures have been created in the side wall of each "Ergo boss" tire which gives the forklift operator the comfort and ride of a pneumatic tire.The ergonomic design has an advanced abrasive tread compound, with the maximum tread depth that offers greater ride and  wear characteristics in all applications. This unique aperture design provides strong shock absorption which minimizes wear and tear and reduced maintenance on the lift truck equipment

• Tyre Fill is formulated to duplicate the riding characteristics of air. It is tough enough to be used in the tyres of the heaviest industrial equipment, and in the harshest environments.
  tyre fill replaces all of the air in any pneumatic tire, with a highly engineered polyurethane resin blend.
  Within 24 hours the mixture cures to a soft resilient rubber elastomer. Instead of riding on air, you ride on a soft cushion of rubber!

Industrial Sold Tyre Presses , Portable Star Press,  Mobile Trailer Press,  Static H Frame Press.

• The "Star Press" tm is the worlds smallest  Fitting Machine for Solid Rubber Tires (industrial forklift tyres). For the past 40-50 years, solid tires have been pressed on to rims by a large H-Frame press .In order to concentrate the load on the tire and rim it is necessary to us a steel jig to remove old tyres and to fit replacement tires. 

The H-Frame press is generally operated in a static situation in the factory, although the demand for improved customer service has lead to the development of trailer or truck mounted H-Frame press’s to perform the fitting at the customers premises.Solid Service Pty Ltd have developed the" Star Press" tm  which is based on a Pulling Ram rather than Pushing. The "Star Press" tm has just been launched at the World’s biggest tire expo REIFEN ’98 in Essen, Germany (May 98) at which it received a tremendous response. The Star Press tm will change the way the Solid Tire market functions. It will open up new areas, introduce more competition and enable the customer to receive a better service at a more competitive price.
