"Solid Tyre Handler"
	Solid Tire Handlers-Lift solid tyres for ease of warehouse storage and tire handling, eliminating the problem of back or physical injury. There are 2 models available, the Standard or the Auto Catch Release. The latter model allows the operator to automatically pick up tyres with a forklift or crane, lift them to any determined height , and then release the tire on the top of the stack ,thus saving valuable warehouse space. It can also be used for loading delivery and fitting vehicles, or for any other purpose requiring the handling of solid tires. There are 3 sizes available 8" to 12", 12"to15", 15"to 20"
	"Fork Lifting Ramps"
	Fork Lifting Ramps are manufactured from a robust polyurethane compound. No need to have your old pieces of wood safety tested for splitting any more.A must for forklift service companies and forklift tyre service vehicles. Available in 2 models,Basic & delux.The basic model is the top step section only.The delux model includes the lower base and the basic top step section.
	"Quick Fit Split Rim Base Jigs"
	Quick Fit Split Rim Base Jigs allow the split rim retaining bolts to be inserted in the rim before the tyre is pressed on to the 1/2 rims.The unique base compresses the bolt heads into the protective pad eliminating the bolts from turning when tightening the nuts.The 2 half rims are easy to align as the inserted bolts guide the both rim halves into the correct alingment,,saving time and money.
	"Steel Band Stacker Cushion Jigs"
	Stacker Jigs eliminate carrying heavy bulky jigs when fitting steel band cushion solid tyres on site.They are also a great space saving.There are 2 sets available ,small set and large set. The small set is for fitting tyres with a band size of 4", 5", 61/4",61/2" ,180mm, 190mm , 8". The large set fits 10", 101/2", 111/4", 121/8, 15", 16",each jig plate is interlocking with the underneath smaller plate.All are anodized to eliminate rust.

	Split rim removal tools eliminate problems in removing split rims form solid tires.The delux model hooks under the split rim, and in a lever action prises the rim from the solid tyre.The standard model is used in conjuction with a press and pushes the rim from the solid tyre.
